Ebook orders: since ebooks are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately upon purchase, we do not accept cancellations once the payment has been processed and the download link has been provided. Exception: if you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or downloading the ebook, please contact our customer support team, and we will work with you to resolve the problem.

2. Refund policy

Customer satisfaction guarantee: we offer a 100% refund if you are not satisfied with the content of the ebook. If you find that the ebook does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Technical issues: if you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or downloading your ebook, please contact our customer support team for assistance. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will issue a full refund or provide a replacement ebook. Duplicate purchases: if you accidentally made a duplicate purchase of the same ebook, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of purchase. We will issue a refund for the duplicate charge.

3. How to request a refund

Processing time: refund requests are typically processed within 7-10 business days. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

4. Exclusions

Unauthorized sharing: if we detect that an ebook has been shared or distributed without authorization, we reserve the right to deny a refund request and take appropriate action. Excessive refund requests: if a customer requests refunds excessively or without a valid reason, we reserve the right to deny further refunds and investigate for potential misuse.
